Payment must be made as a one-time payment. We do not offer partial payments or installment payments.

Payment must be made promptly before purchase.

The following payment methods are generally available to you in our shop:

  • Payment in advance

If you select the payment method in advance, we will give you our bank details

in separate email and deliver the goods after receipt of payment.

  • PayPal checkout

As part of the PayPal Checkout payment service, we offer you various payment methods such as PayPal, credit card, direct debit and other payment methods as well as "pay later" services.

You will be redirected to the website of the online provider PayPal. There you can enter your payment data, confirm the use of your data by PayPal and the payment instruction to PayPal.

  • Pick up the package yourself

If you pick it up yourself, you can pay in person with a card or in cash.

Shipping costs / shipping method

We usually send our items via the DHL and Deutsche Post service, as a package or letter. For this, shipping costs apply per package. Shipping to Packstation is possible.

For items weighing less than one kg and measuring up to 35x25x10 cm, we offer worldwide shipping at a flat rate of EUR 11.00 (net).

For other products, the following rules apply unless otherwise stated in the product description:

Option: Germany

  • flat rate per order: EUR 3.00
  • Free shipping from 400.00 EUR

Option: Delivery of parcels to European countries (EU)

  • The weight of the goods in the basket is up to 30 kg.
  • €9.00 + €1.00 for each additional kg (net price)
  • If your order exceeds 30kg. additional order required

Option: Delivery of parcels to European countries (excluding EU)

  • The weight of the goods in the basket is up to 30 kg.
  • 18.50 € + 1.00 € for each additional kg (net price)
  • If your order exceeds 30kg. additional order required

Option: Delivery of parcels to countries outside Europe

  • The weight of the goods in the basket is up to 30 kg.
  • €26.50 + €4.00 for each additional kg (net price)
  • If your order exceeds 30kg. additional order required

For orders from countries not listed, please contact us and you will receive a shipping quote via email.

Delivery time:

  • Your item usually leaves our company the next working day after production.
  • The production time of the product is indicated on the product sales page.
